Is the quote a commitment to lend?

Can the app see my existing loan or file?
No. The app prices a deal and sends a term sheet request. It cannot look up any existing loan, file or contact record.
What happens when I request the term sheet?
The request goes straight to our lending desk with the numbers from your quote. It needs your name, email, phone and the property address. Our team picks it up from there.
